Once we've scheduled a convenient date for delivery, you will receive a call on the day of delivery approximately one hour before the crew will arrive with you. We will be able to track the delivery vehicle to ensure it meets the time-window agreed; if not, we will notify you by phone as to the new arrival time. Obviously, we aim to get it right each and every time, but traffic delays and breakdowns are always possible, and we'll do our utmost to keep you informed of this.

Once the Swiftcare team arrive your appliance will be delivered/installed as per the instructions. Our teams are highly qualified in all aspects of moving objects of all shapes and sizes in and out of domestic properties.
