“I just wanted to write and compliment your delivery team who delivered our range on the 01/06/2015. They were fantastic. I have to say I was worried as I know how heavy these ranges are. Even though I’d researched your system of carrying large objects I was still doubtful that there wouldn’t be any damage to steps and thresholds. But the whole process was very professional and effortless and no damage at all. Impressed! They were extremely professional and considering they still had another to deliver after us at 5.30pm they were very patient showing us how things worked. Thank you, highly recommended.”

The Customer Service Team were quick to make contact & explain clearly the details regarding my delivery and installation. Emails were answered promptly. The two delivery men who attended to collect my old appliance and install my new one had a fantastic ‘can do’ attitude. They were polite, good humoured and got the job done in record time. They phoned us ahead with their arrival time as promised & arrived on time- everything don’t, including the paperwork within 30 minutes. If only all customer service in the UK was this professional!”

"The delivery and installation was carried out last Monday as arranged and I want to say how delighted we were with the excellent service we received. The van arrived exactly on time and the fridge/ freezer was installed without any fuss but it was the excellent attitude and polite friendly manner of your personnel that particularly impressed us. They took such care to avoid damage and mess and although my wife said that she would sweep up the small amount of waste they insisted that they leave everything tidy on completion. To sum up we commend your service very highly and thank you again for a job well done."
